2 \ YOUR RIGHTS:
Your stay at our salon is important to us. If you would like to try another nail technician, please let us know. All of our technicians would be happy to accommodate you
3\ PAYMENT METHOD:
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover
- Gift cards
- No personal checks or Money Order
A refund cannot be given on any services. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please let us know so we can see and fix the problem
- Although we do take walk-ins, booking appointments in advance is recommended to ensure your preferred date and time.
- A deposit is required for reservations of parties of 3 or more ($10 per person)
- We would be more than happy to accommodate your bridal shower, wedding preparation or other group bookings:
+ Please email us a list in advance, with each guest’s full name (first and last name required) with exact service(s). We kindly ask that you provide a specific list of services, because upgrading or adding a service may not be available when you arrive. Please consider that we reserve this time according to the list you provided. If your desired date and time is available for your party, your list will then be updated into our calendar.
+ A confirmation call is needed, on the morning of your event, to confirm your party arrival.
+ This process will lessen your confirmation call when you confirm your party’s arrival with us on the morning of your event. Please be aware that if anyone in your party is not present at Natural Nail Studio when we call her/his name, we must move on to the next client on our list.
At Natural Nail Studio we understand unforeseen circumstances occur and you may need to cancel an appointment. If an appointment needed to be cancelled or rescheduled, please give us a call and let us know 24 hours in advance
For a group appointment, if you no show no call, your deposit will not be refunded
7\ LATE ARRIVAL:
If you are running late to an appointment, notify us within our 10 minute grace period. We will try our best to make your service(s) as full as possible in the remainder of time allotted. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your service but will not take responsibility when clients are not on time
If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service or with anything in the salon, please notify us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation
9\ CELL PHONE POLICY:
In order to achieve a serene and relaxing atmosphere, please silence all cellular devices and keep all phone calls to a minimum. Please use headphones if you are watching videos or listening to music
We love children. However, we use sharp implements during service and DO NOT want anyone to be injured while visiting Natural Nail Studio, especially a child. Children must be supervised at all times. If you must bring your child with you, they must be seated in the waiting area at all times
11\ PROPERTY DAMAGE:
We are not responsible for any personal properties that are damaged, lost, stolen or left behind
- Gift cards do not include gratuities
- Gift cards are non-refundable
- Gift cards expire after 6 months from the date of purchase
- We currently offer in-store gift card only
